Heinrich Böll Foundation Scholarships
The Heinrich Böll Foundation offers scholarships twice a year to international students pursuing a Master's degree or PhD at state-recognized universities in Germany.
International students who have completed their first degree abroad can apply prior to starting a Master's degree program in Germany.
Priority is given to applicants from DAC countries who have not yet taken up residence in Germany at the time of their application.
