Russian Government Scholarships
The Russian Government Scholarship provides roughly 15,000 state-funded grants annually for international students to study at participating Russian universities.
The program covers full tuition fees for Bachelor's, Master's, Specialist, or PhD programs, includes a monthly stipend, and provides university dormitory housing alongside a free preparatory Russian language year if needed.
