You pick the theme and keep the club alive. We bring the materials, space and expertise. You don't need experience, you need to show up!
What you get? Certification, real youth-work experience and a way into European projects, side by side with international ESC volunteers.
As a volunteer club leader, you’ll help plan activities, coordinate your group and bring your ideas to life, with support from Beyond Barriers Association. No previous experience is needed — we’re interested in your motivation, ideas and commitment.

📅 Application deadline: 30 September
🕒 Commitment: 1–2 activities per month, preparation time and a monthly coordinator meeting.
