Terre des Hommes Albania is looking for a Capacity Building Specialist

The purpose of the Capacity Building Specialist position plays a central technical role in strengthening the quality, effectiveness and sustainability of community-based MHPSS and child protection interventions, with a primary focus on the Psychosocial Wellbeing Centres in Kukës and Tirana. The position supports professional development, service quality improvement, institutional strengthening and learning processes, contributing to the delivery of safe, ethical and evidence-informed services in line with the Psychosocial Wellbeing Model, Tdh frameworks, national standards and international guidance.
