"Echoes of Conflict, Paths to Peace" — the 2026 ICEthics Annual Conference is bringing together scholars, museum professionals, educators, and community activists to Sarajevo this October.
🔎 Hosted at the 📍 War Childhood Museum on October 27–28, this international conference aims to explore the dual nature of museums in the context of war: as witnesses to destruction and as architects of peacebuilding.
Particular emphasis is placed on the museums' deliberate use of space, testimony, and everyday objects to dismantle the dehumanizing narratives that fuel systemic violence.
