DigiSkill Training Course: Agile Project Management & Scrum
How can Agile methodologies help you manage projects more efficiently, collaborate better with your team and successfully adapt to change?
Join our next DigiSkill Training Course, starting on 3 September, where participants will explore the fundamentals of Agile Project Management and the Scrum framework through practical examples, interactive activities and real-life project scenarios.
Throughout the course, participants will gain practical insights into:
- Agile principles and mindset
- Sprint planning and user stories
- Product and sprint backlogs
- Scrum roles and responsibilities
- Scrum ceremonies and artifacts
- Effective teamwork and project collaboration
The course will be facilitated by Armin Cerkez, an experienced youth worker, trainer and project manager specializing in Erasmus+ projects, Agile methodologies, digital collaboration and non-formal education. Through his extensive experience in coordinating international projects, Armin supports young people and youth workers in developing practical project management skills for today's digital world.
