📢 EVENT: Museum Theatre and Mindfulness in Museums
The BMN, in partnership with the National Gallery of BiH, is hosting a half-day event exploring two compelling areas of contemporary museum practice: museum theatre and mindfulness-based approaches to visitor engagement and staff wellbeing.
The programme includes:
🔹 Presentation of RE-MIND, an innovative capacity-building project grounded in mindfulness. It explores how these practices support the wellbeing of museum professionals while fostering deeper, more meaningful experiences for visitors of all generations.
🔹 Promotion of the new book "Museum Theatre – Communication with Audiences and Heritage Interpretation" by Dr. Dragan Kiurski
🔹 A conversation between Dr. Kiurski and museum educator Aida Šarac Berbić on the Youth Museum Theatre programme, followed by networking
