Financial & Administrative Assistant is a detail-oriented, thorough, organized and hard-working person. In this position, S/He plays a key role in providing full support to the Eurolab business in the market supporting finance service on daily bases.

Basic requirements for the position of Financial & Administrative Assistant  are the following:

University degree in Economics, preferably finance;

Over 3 years’ experience in similar job positions;

Excellent abilities to use financial software’s;

Very good Microsoft office package capabilities;

Good knowledge of spoken and written English;

Able to work in a team.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities;

Excellent organizational skills;

Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.

Key duties and responsibilities of Financial & Administrative Assistant  are:
Financial and administrative Service

Responsible for preparation of sales order.

Responsible for checking and prepare monthly employee expenses.

Responsible for preparation of delivery note ,goods receipt and incoming invoice.

Prepare the fixed assets analytics and process of depreciation.

Monitoring  and prepare pre-approvales form documents for all employee.

Monitoring  and prepare employee timesheet.

Responsible for all the conctrats to be signed and filed. 

Customer Service

Responsible for costomer order gathering.

Responsible for invoice and credit note customer. 

Monitoring and follow up on overdue client.
