AIMS OF THE PROJECT

The main aim of this training course is to support youth workers and youth leaders in developing competences for creating and facilitating inclusive activities for young people. These activities are designed to promote active participation, as well as to provide a safe space for learning, exploration, and growth. As a result, participants will design their own activity, ready for implementation with their youth groups upon returning home. Additionally, participants will gain practical experience in facilitating small workshops during the training course itself.
OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT

● To develop facilitation competences of participants in order to enable them to create and facilitate inclusive and participatory youth activities.
● To explore the role of facilitators in fostering inclusion and participation within youth activities and workshops.
● To provide practical experience in workshop facilitation, allowing participants to refine their skills in a hands-on environment.
● To enhance the quality of youth activities by providing space for participants to design follow-up workshops for their local communities

● Youth Workers or interested in working with young people

● Able to communicate in English,
● Motivated to meet people from different countries,
● Interested in exploring the topics of the project
● Motivated to share experiences and knowledge
● Available to participate for the whole duration of the project
● Bringing a respectful and propositive attitude

ACCOMMODATION, FOOD & TRAVEL
● The participants will be accommodated in shared rooms, 2-5 per room.

● Breakfasts, lunches, and dinners, will be provided by the organizers.
● All the instructions on how to arrive at the venue will be sent by email.
