Set Sail for Dialogue: Seeking Participants!
Peace Boat is inviting passionate young people to join a unique scholarship programme aboard its 123rd Global Voyage. This is more than a journey—it’s an opportunity to gain unique experience, education and training, and build partnerships. At a time marked by devastating war, rising militarization, and nuclear risks, the need for dialogue has never been more urgent.
As a participant, you will:
Receive specialized dialogue training from an expert from the Nobel Peace Center.
Experience the powerful onboard exhibition “A Message of Humanity” and meet with an atomic bomb survivor from Hiroshima.
Explore real-world political challenges and learn directly from experts, activists, and United Nations officials.
Build practical skills in dialogue and peacebuilding while connecting with a global network of changemakers.
Full Scholarships Available:
A full scholarship will be provided for selected youth, including transport to and from the ship, board and accommodation, and programmes both onboard and in port.
Are you eligible?
- Young activists, students, or community leaders (Ages 20-26).
- Currently based in Europe or North America.
- Strongly interested in international issues, dialogue, and peacebuilding.
- Available in full between May 26 - June 12, 2026
