Short Survey for Needs Analysis: EU Capacity Building in Youth Work (Western Balkans 2026–2027)
Dear respondent, thank you for participating in this short survey. It is conducted by the Global Ethic Foundation Germany (in German: Stiftung Weltethos) within the framework of an EU+ Capacity Building Project in the youth sector of the Western Balkans, planned to begin in January 2027. The purpose of the survey is to assess capacity-building needs of youth workers related to peacebuilding, values education, and interreligious dialogue, with a focus on competencies, organizational development, and skills aquisition.
The survey takes approximately 5 minutes to complete. Participation is voluntary and anonymous. All data will be collected and processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable national data protection laws. Your responses will be used solely for research and project development purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
Your participation contributes to the evidence-based design of the project. We look forward to your participation and hope to engage with you as a project participant in the near future.
The survey will close on February 11, 2026. We greatly appreciate your participation and feedback which will help us identify the needs of youth workers in their professional work in the fields of interreligious dialogue, peacebuilding, and nonviolent communication.
