TECA – Creating a new generation of Artists
How do creativity and technology shape each other?
At TECA – Technological Empowerment in Creative Arts, we explore this intersection by equipping young artists and art students with the high-tech tools, advanced technology, and confidence to create in the digital age.
Through workshops, mentorship, and maker-based learning across Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, and Romania, TECA connects emerging creators with technologies that redefine artistic practice — from AI and XR to IoT sensors and 3D fabrication.
This autumn, artists can join a series of hands-on sessions that blend experimentation with real technical application:
- Digital Imaging in Creative Arts (October 20-24) – vector vs. raster to color modes, layers & brushes,
- XR/VR for Artists (November 10-14) – building immersive, interactive experiences in 3D,
- Electronics & Photonics for Creative Arts (December 15-19) – from simple interactive circuits to photonic materials that respond to motion or touch.
