Fellowship-Programme of the Faculty of Law – Summer Term 2027
The Faculty of Law at the University of Vienna invites applications for fellowships for international fellows for the summer term 2027. The programme aims to promote international academic exchange and foster collaboration between international fellows and members of the faculty. It offers both early-career and established researchers the opportunity to pursue their research in an international academic environment, benefit from the faculty's expertise and establish new scholarly connections.
Building on the faculty's existing research initiatives and diverse research priorities, the programme seeks to encourage interdisciplinary exchange, strengthen international research networks and create opportunities for long-term academic collaboration.
🔹 Fellowship Categories and Funding
- Senior Fellowships for professors, providing financial support of EUR 1,050 per month.
- Junior Fellowships for doctoral and postdoctoral researchers, providing financial support of EUR 800 per month.
🔹 Application Period and Selection Process
- Applications may be submitted to [email protected] from 1 November 2026 to 30 November 2026 (inclusive).
- Selection decisions will be made in December 2026.
