Training Course “Communication is the Key”
“Communication is the Key” is an international training course that brings together young people to explore the importance of effective communication in conflict prevention, post-conflict reconstruction, and the inclusion of marginalized young people. Through non-formal and informal education, participants will develop skills to better understand conflicts, build stronger relationships, and contribute to more inclusive and peaceful communities.
👉 Throughout the project, participants will take part in interactive workshops, group activities, discussions, presentations, and intercultural evenings. They will explore different approaches to conflict resolution, learn how to communicate across differences, and discover ways to support marginalized young people. By sharing experiences and working together, participants will strengthen their communication, teamwork, intercultural understanding, and conflict management skills.
✈️ Travel expenses are reimbursed according to the Erasmus+ travel budget and conditions.
🍽️ Food and accommodation costs are covered by the organizer.
👉 The project uses non-formal and informal learning methods.
