Call for Applications - Youth Exchange: “Move to Thrive: Squash, Wellbeing & Active Citizenship”, 07-14 December 2026, Cognac, France.
The mobility aims to promote physical wellbeing, healthy lifestyles, and active
youth participation through squash as a tool for non-formal education.
Participants will take part in sports activities, workshops on nutrition and healthy habits, and collaborative learning sessions that foster teamwork, intercultural dialogue, and
personal development. Moreover, participants will engage in a structured dialogue with the decision-makers, allowing participants to discuss youth wellbeing, access to sport, and the role of public authorities in promoting healthy lifestyles.
This mobility is part of the Erasmus+ KA154 Youth Participation activities named “Squash It Out: From emotional wellbeing to active youth participation”, supported by the French National Agency within the framework of the European Union Erasmus+ Programme.
