Call for Applications: OSCE Dialogue Academy for Young Women

Organized jointly by @osce_serbia and @oscekosovo , @dialogueacademy has, since 2015, brought together young women from Belgrade and Pristina to engage in dialogue, strengthen co-operation, and explore the role of women in peacebuilding, leadership, and public life.

This year, 24 young women will join a ten-day programme in Nova Gorica, Slovenia and Gorizia, Italy, featuring interactive workshops, discussions with experts and practitioners, peer-learning opportunities, and a vibrant network of alumnae committed to dialogue and positive change.

Who can apply?

• Women aged 20–27
• Residing in the areas of responsibility of @osce_serbia or @oscekosovo
• Students or young professionals
• Interested in dialogue, mediation, peacebuilding, leadership, public policy, civic engagement, and related fields

• A written statement (maximum 400 words)
