The project “Peaks of Youth: Lead & Connect” is an Erasmus+ Youth Exchange where participants will actively engage in a variety of interactive activities designed to develop practical skills and real- life competences. Throughout the project, young people will take part in workshops, simulations, outdoor challenges, and intercultural sessions that focus on leadership, effective communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. They will collaborate in international teams, share their personal experiences, and learn how to transform ideas into concrete initiatives for their communities. By using non-formal education methods and digital tools, participants will also create educational content and reflect on their own learning process. The project aims to help them become more confident, proactive, and socially engaged, while gaining skills that can be applied in their daily lives, education, and future careers.
