"YE The Elements of Me: The Creative Path to Emotional Balance"
We are looking for 6 young people (5 participants + 1 youth leader) from Serbia to participate in the youth exchange "YE The Elements of Me: The Creative Path to Emotional Balance". Selected participants will get a chance to explore themselves through the metaphor of the four elements: earth, water, fire, and air.
During five days of experiential workshops, reflection, and group activities, participants will explore questions such as: Using methods from non-formal experiential learning, biopsychology, body awareness, dance-movement, music, art, and self-reflection, participants will gain tools for better self-understanding, emotional regulation, and personal growth.
