Youth exchange "More energy less stress"
We are looking for a group leader (22+) for a youth exchange in Slovakia.
The group leader must participate in both phases of the project:
1 - Preparatory meeting (June 4-7) - Čadca, Slovakia;
2 - Youth exchange
(June 20-27) - Čadca, Slovakia.
KERIC is a non-profit youth organization based in Slovakia that works with children, young people, and adults through educational and international activities. The organization actively participates in the European Solidarity Corps (ESC) programme, hosting volunteers from different countries and sending young people abroad. Youth exchanges are prepared and implemented by ESC volunteers, who bring their international experience into the activities with non formal education. Through volunteering, language learning, youth exchanges, and intercultural activities, KERIC supports personal development, active citizenship, and international cooperation, connecting local communities with Europe and the wider world.
We are going to lead a youth exchange called More Energy Less Stress, a project focused on movement and well-being. This exchange will bring together young people from different countries to explore how physical activity can reduce stress and improve mental health. Through dynamic workshops, outdoor games, and team challenges, participants will stay active every day. The program is inspired by the values of Erasmus+, promoting intercultural learning and personal development.
During the exchange, we will organize energizers, group sports, dance sessions, and mindfulness activities in motion. The goal is to show that movement is a powerful tool to boost energy and confidence. Participants will also learn practical techniques to manage stress in their daily lives. By sharing experiences and cultures, they will build strong connections and teamwork skills.
More Energy Less Stress is not only about being active, but also about creating a positive and supportive environment. Together, we will move, learn, and grow.
